The price listed is for a custom “Dead & Breakfast” sign, and comes with a free “Vacancy” yard sign.

This “Dead & Breakfast” sign is 24″ Tall x 18 Wide” and is made of quality birch wood. The “Vacancy” sign is 4″ Tall x 18″ Wide. Each sign is hand cut, sanded, painted and sealed just for you!

Chains and hardware are not included.
