ORDER DETAILS

These shirts are prepared once ordered considered as custom. We do not except return or exchanges unless damaged via shipping carrier. If there was an error or other production issue please contact us withing 72 hours of receiving your item to resolve the issue. If product is damaged via the carrier a claim will need to be filed. Where as you will be required to choose insurance option for shipping or pay for priority which is included.

**Designs are available in other garments and different styles and brands of tanks and T Shirts, Hoodies and Raglans. Please inquire within if the listing you desire is not found and we will work to fulfill your need. We can also add this to any Mug, Thermal, Beverage holder etc.

** Shipping..Please pay attention to the shipping time frame as we work as fast as we can these items are made to order for each purchase and not mass produced.

We aim to have your orders out withing 7-10 business days but some colors may not be available and can take up to 4 weeks to be fulfilled While this is a rare occurrence we will contact you right away and let you know if your order is affected. Please contact me to verify your purchases availability we may have other options or solutions available if you need them quicker.

SHIPPING: Buyer MUST choose the best possible shipping to fit your needs. Jiloval is only responsible for production time frame. We cannot guarantee shipping time from the shipper. Shipping USPS Priority mail is the most highly suggested option to chose. USPS priority provides Tracking, Insurance and a 1-3 business day shipping. Please confirm you are using the best shipping option before finishing your order. Returned or Refused shipments do not quality for refund, please see our refund policy. Orders that are returned to Jiloval without a return authorization are subject to be held for 5 business days allowing original buyer to provide a reshipment address and purchase a new shipping label. If the 5 Business days pass the order is considered closed and considered abandoned and there is no refund per our return policy. Buyer must provide the appropriate shipping information for an order. We are REQUIRED by ETSY to ship ONLY to the address provided in the purchase. We are not able to alter shipping address after purchase is made.
