CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Turn inside out. Machine wash on cold. Do not bleach. Do not iron directly onto design.
• Cool iron if necessary, using a buffer to protect the design, such as a pillow case.

PRODUCTION + SHIPPING

• Each item is made with love and care in our home based studio. We do have pets upstairs but they are never allowed into the studio level.
• Each item is hand printed with a silk screen processor and eco friendly inks.
• All orders are processed, made and shipped by one person.
• Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and made.
• Orders are shipped via USPS first class mail. If you would like to upgrade, please message me before hand to ensure I can accommodate your need by request date.
• Please triple check your address. We are not responsible for items going to the wrong address. Addresses cannot be changed once the order is placed without first cancelling your order.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES + CANCELLATIONS

• I accept cancellations up to three hours after your purchase time.
• Exchanges are available if the item has been unworn, unwashed, and arrives in the same condition it left our studio.
• Refunds are only granted in case of seller error, such as wrong size being sent.
