This is a custom made OWB (outside the waistband) leather holster. The one featured has a customized Stars and Stripes theme on the attached stiffener panel and an aged/distressed mahogany finish on the main body. The distressed finish and antiquing stain give this holster a vintage or “broken in” look similar to an old favorite leather jacket or satchel.

Every holster I make starts with quality 8-10 oz leather, which I cut, hand tool/emboss then wet form the leather to the gun for a perfect, secure fit. I then hand dye/stain it to the customer’s specifications and hand stitch it for strength using the age-old saddle stitch technique. (designs such as this one then get some custom hand painting to add detail)
