This piece is approximately 26″tall by 46″ wide. The top portion is made from 16g aluminum, while the base is cut from 1/8″ aluminum. Plasma cut, then hand ground to give definition and depth. Once ground, this piece is fitted to give the dimension of our flag. Once cut and fitted, this symbol of American Patriotism is then airbrushed by hand and finished with a clear powdercoat. Powdercoating not only seals the airbrushing, but it really brings out the definition created from grinding. Many flags are produced from steel which will eventually rust over time. Aluminum will not rust and with the added protection from powdercoating, this Thin blue line American Flag is sure to wow your guests for years to come. Can be purchased in bare aluminum if desired. Can be modified (thin red, green, etc for your choice of tribute).
