Call me a patriot, because that’s a very real part of who I am. I’m proud of my country, proud to have served in the military, proud of our values, our tenacity and our ability to endure. I am amazed and so pleased with how many people love these flags.

This hand crafted rustic American flag wall art is distressed in texture and color, but not in spirit. That’s why I call it Enduring Glory. Mine flies proudly and prominently in my living room. The flag measures approximately 37 inches by 19.5 inches and is 1.75 inches in thickness. (PLEASE NOTE: Some of the pics are of an earlier version that was only about an inch in thickness. I don’t do that one any longer. These look better.) Weighing in at a light 5 or so pounds (depending on the density of the particular wood), it’s easy to hang and won’t stress your wall.

These are primitive pieces. No two are the same. All are distressed. Some have knots or gouges or perhaps saw marks. This is all part of the charm of a rustic/primitive piece. Your flag will be unique. That is the only thing that is consistent, and it is always beautiful. These are as American as you can get, and there is nothing mass-produced about them. They are American materials, American-made and they are our American right to display. They depict the American spirit.

You’ll find the distressed finish is durable and refined at the same time. Zoom in and you’ll see abundant evidence of the careful craftsmanship, from the paint and stains to the crystal clear rock hard polyurethane, to the silky smooth hand sanded and paste waxed top coat.
