1. Child’s name or initials depending on design option. Monogram initials go in first, last, middle format. We will monogram in the order given.

2. Thread Colors (options in 4th image)
– If selecting a name or monogram option please indicate color choice. If no color is indicated we will use our best judgement.
– If you are selecting an appliqué design I will do colors as shown, or very similar as fabrics come and go, however, if you have a specific color design you want I am happy to discuss that.
