Custom orders take 1-3 days to complete and get them shipped out, if there are any problems I will let you know as soon as I can.

These glasses are made using a sandblaster which blasts high pressure abrasives onto the glass leaving a beautiful frosted look. The abrasives lightly chip the surface so it makes the design permanent and dishwasher safe. The work is done by me from start to finish. Once etched it is permanent and will not wash or fade no matter how many times it is used or washed.

I am working to get more designs ready, but, I am always happy to customize a design to fit your needs. Just convo me and I will be glad to help.

You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number once your item(s) have shipped via Etsy
We are not responsible if USPS does not deliver within their estimated delivery times. The post office does not “guarantee” delivery dates with Priority Mail. We have no control over the shipment once it leaves our studio. In rare cases shipments can run later than their estimated delivery date. Please make sure to order in advance and allow enough time before your special occasion. Please note the high volume of packages shipped during holiday season may affect the delivery dates with the post office
Customers are responsible for providing an address that can/will accept a package. If there are any issues with delivery (incorrect address, post office is unable to locate, etc) we are not responsible for that item being lost, stuck at the local post office, or returned to us. If an item is returned and needs to be reshipped, we do not cover the additional postage. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the additional postage on any item requiring a reshipment. Please carefully review the shipping address at checkout prior to placing your order

Refunds and Exchanges

All Items in our store are custom or personalized for you. Please make sure to read all item descriptions, and production and shipping times before ordering.
We do not accept any returns unless there is a mistake on our part as all orders are all handmade, personalized and custom for you. If there is a mistake to the customization or personalization of your item(s) we will be happy to replace the item(s) or issue a store credit in the amount of the item(s).

If your item(s) are damaged or there is a mistake in the customization or personalization, please notify us within 7 business days from delivery date and we will be happy to resolve any issues. A photo of any damages will need to be sent via Etsy conversations. After 7 business days, no refunds, exchanges or credits will be issued. Please send us an Etsy conversation with any questions.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please do not include the specific date you need your items by in “notes to seller” section unless we spoke about it in a conversation prior. We will not see your note until we make your items. All items will ship out according to our production and shipping schedule noted above.
