…HOW TO ORDER…
1. Select your options from the drop down menu
2. When checking out, please specify in the “Note to Seller” section,

~ The text to be engraved, exactly as you want it to appear on the knife.
~ Right handed or left handed engraving (read below…default is right)

**The engraving on the knife handle is on the front side (the side that faces out of a right handed person’s hand) and this side will not show when the knife is sheathed.
If you want the engraving to show while in the sheath, you must have the backside engraved also, or request a left handed engraving**

~Please note that I will engrave exactly as it is typed, and the more text you have, the smaller the font will be.

I know how important it is to have your custom piece as soon as possible. With such a fast turnaround time, I usually start designing your custom piece within hours from when the order is placed. For that reason I am unfortunately unable to accommodate changes to the order or shipping address once it has been placed.

Mobile phones do not allow selection from drop down menus. Please provide your choices in the “notes” section at checkout if you have a preference. The default option is the main photo layout if none is chosen.

A digital proof of your item is available on a request basis only. Please make a note of it at checkout, and keep in mind the production time will begin when the final proof is approved, not when the order is placed.

…CANCELLATION / RETURN POLICY…
If your item has not been engraved yet, I am happy to cancel the order for you. However, due to my fast turnaround time, they are usually engraved the morning after the order is placed. If your order has been engraved, it will be shipped and ineligible for a cancellation or a refund.

As each custom piece is made to order just for you, understandably I cannot accept returns, with no exceptions. Please make sure to ask any questions that you have before placing the order.

Each natural handle is unique and may have a slightly different grain than the one in the photo.

Available by special request. Convo me with the date you need the item by PRIOR to placing the order, and I will let you know what expedited options are available. Prices start at an additional $20 for US locations, and can range upward from that depending on how soon it is needed.
