This year’s special Polish Pottery collection includes soaring bats and blue ghosts, wide-eyed owls and prowling black cats, spooky houses, black autumn foliage, and spiders, among other things. This soup mug’s pattern nearly seems to transport you to a haunted forest, and we think it’s our creepiest yet! Weronika, her husband Jacek, and their team manufacture each collectible stoneware soup mug from local clay and lovingly embellish it using traditional folk art methods in the Polish village of Boleslawiec. Our beautiful motifs are imprinted one at a time with carved sponges, and fine brushwork is used to add details.
